Following my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Michigan I gained post-graduate training in Family Systems, Ego State and Internal Family Systems therapies as well as level 2 certification in EMDR therapy. For more than 25 years I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families identifying the stuck points in their lives, resolving trauma and developing emotional problem-solving skills to manage their lives and relationships.

My clinical work led to opportunities working with school systems bringing increased emotional awareness and problem solving to children, parents and educators that earned a National School of Character award in Northville, Michigan.

My practice has expanded to include leaders in business and industry who experience emotional impasses in their jobs that mirror those occurring outside of work. Emotionally Informed Leadership appreciates both the emotional and logical parts of the brain and produces leaders at all levels who demonstrate real wisdom and power without disrespect, anger or aggression.
